Account Manager — Security Solutions (CCTV & Access Control) (Johannesburg)

Manage and grow commercial and industrial security clients in Johannesburg — CCTV, access control and monitoring — working from existing accounts plus warm referrals from a wider business-solutions customer base. PLEASE READ FIRST: A minimum of 2 years in B2B or technical sales is required — applications without it will not be considered. Security, CCTV or electronics experience is a strong advantage. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Site surveys and camera specification — coverage, lux, storage and retention period - Access control and monitoring proposals for multi-site commercial and industrial clients - Existing security accounts plus warm referrals from the wider customer base - Working alongside technical teams from survey through to commissioning and sign-off WHAT YOU NEED - 2+ years B2B or technical sales; security/CCTV/electronics a strong advantage - Genuine technical curiosity — you read spec sheets, you don't skip them - Grade 12 (Matric) - Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle; some national travel - PSIRA registration is an advantage (support available for the right candidate) WHO YOU ARE - Self-driven, with evidence of achievement — outcomes, not titles - Curious and well-informed; you ask better questions than most - You start, you finish, you close loops — and bring solutions with problems - Ethical and straight with customers, always WHAT'S ON OFFER - ±R23 000 – R35 000 cost to company, depending on experience - Uncapped commission on top - Existing accounts and warm referrals to start from - Permanent position (probation period applies)
